EdCube School Network e-Portfolio Software

EdCube Network is e-Portfolio software that is installed on your school network. The software delivers a unlimited portfolios for all students in the school. The portfolios are delivered in class groups to ensure that the implementation of the software is simple and easy to manage for teachers. Students select their class, click their name and login to create their folios. The EdCube Network software allows students to create unlimited pages and publish images, photographs, videos, audio files and documents.  

Students can view each other e-portfolios and build personal and group collaborative folios. As students add new pages to their e-Portfolios the folio navigation is updated automatically. The formatting toolbars enable users to customise templates, layer imagers, resize photopgraps, embed video stream and add  hyperlinked documents to each page.

When a student has completed the creation of a personal e-Portfolio they can use the EdCube software features to automatically create a CD version of the folio. In addition, EdCube can publish the student as a html site that can uploaded to the Internet as a fully functioning website. From an administration viewpoint, school staff can create archived versions of student folios to enable a full academic history of the students to be stored on the schoool network.
